pc080 is Web interactive internet phone to make free PC call or Phone call on Web page.

Not only contact with PC-to-PC, but the customer's calling from PC is forwarded to your ordinary telephone (mobile, fixed line) or your voice mailbox also. You don't need to stay in front of your desk anymore
Contact record
Every customer, who clicks your ‘pc080?button than your name, telephone number, the web page address the button clicked and other information are added automatically to the customer’s buddy list. The TEXT chat record and call history made also for further contact.
Super voice quality
Although your Internet line gets poor condition, the voice quality is as good as ordinary telephone. It maintains the normal voice quality under lower speed of Internet access like Wireless LAN or HSDPA.
One account for user group
You don't need to pay for your staff's PC-to-Phone call individually. Just assign the staff users as Biz service member and fill-in the phone coin in the manager's account only. The manager can check the usage of phone coin in real time.

3. What and how to pay for?
All others are free except PC-to-Phone call. You need to buy credit phone coin through e-pay at "TOOLS" > "BUY CREDIT" for PC-to-Phone call.
If you buy phone coin, you can make call to your customer's ordinary telephone with lower cost, or you can forward the customer's PC call to your ordinary telephone.
